Arie Genger is now AGDB Holdings Managing Partner
Arie Genger, advisor and confidant to former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, has been a leading business figure for more than four decades. Arie Genger now serves as AGDB Holdings LLC Managing Partner.

Mr. Genger got his start in commerce by studying business administration at the City University of New York, where he received his Bachelor's degree and his MBA. Immediately after earning his degrees, Arie Genger assisted the chair of Rapid American Corporation, a holding company that owned the McCrory Corp. He was made McCrory Corporation's president at a time when the company was losing $75 million. At the end of Arie Genger's tenure, the company was profiting $35 million. Today, Arie Genger is an investor for Sugar Hill Capital Partners, a real estate firm, and manages AGDB Holdings LLC, a private investment firm.
Arie Genger is founder of Trans-Resources Inc., whose subsidiary Haifa Chemicals is the global leader in the sale of potassium nitrate. This compound, for which the company controls half the market, is used in growing product and tobacco. The company also sells fertilizers and food additives. Arie Genger received the Jubilee Award for his contributions to the Israeli economy; it is the highest honor given by the State of Israel.
Following great professional strides, Arie Genger returned to Israel and held several positions in public office in addition to advising Sharon, including serving in the economic and defense ministries. During George W. Bush's administration, Arie Genger was the direct line of communication between the White House and Sharon. Also a philanthropist, Arie Genger finances several causes in the higher education, schools, and hospital arenas.
