Whether you are a beginner, an expert, or anywhere in between, this three-day workshop will provide you with the skills necessary to explore, seek out, and successfully write a grant proposal. The Grant Researching & Proposal Writing in Indian Country Workshop will be hosted at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, FL on December 3-5 2012.

    The Grant Researching and Proposal Writing in Indian Country Workshop agenda is packed with sessions that are presented by renowned instructors throughout Indian Country. Each session touches on key components of writing, researching, developing, and submitting grants. The agenda includes topics that touch on: how to write a grant, how to seek private and federal grants, the important role that the mainstream philanthropy sector plays in sustainable Native communities, the responsibilities of receiving and administering the grant funds once awarded, and much more.
