Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) July 05, 2016 - In celebration of Miami Swim Week, Angel Watching Over Me will host a runway fundraiser show on June 14th from 7 PM to 10 PM at Basement Miami in The Miami Beach Edition Hotel hosted by supermodel/actress Nazanin Mandi.

Sponsored by the Basement Miami, The "Angel Watching Under Water," swim week event will showcase a swimwear runway show, during a night of shopping, cocktails, and conversation. Angels Watching Over Me will also release a limited edition swimwear collection in collaboration with Cai Swimwear.

Founded in 2016 by Miami based wardrobe stylist and designer, Sarah Akiba, Angel Watching Over Me was born in the wake of a loss, when Sarah's father passed away from Lung Cancer in 2013. Starting with a hat collection, Sarah knew that her concept needed to be bigger than business, and developed to give back to the community.

"I started the AWOM foundation to unite people from all over the world who have lost an "angel," says founder Sarah Akiba. "We serve as angels to anyone in need, and other nonprofits because I truly believe not all angels have wings. That's our motto," she adds.

Tickets are available to the public for purchase at http://bit.ly/293coZU with all of the proceeds going towards Angel Watching Over Me social initiative and program development to support victims and their families who are left behind by a loving friend, or family member. Each ticket will also come with a new Angel Watching Over Me hat.
