  • (1888PressRelease) June 18, 2020 - Anand Systems Engineering ( ), India’s only manufacturer of radio remote controls for Electric Overhead Traveling Cranes has launched the Synapse Series Long Range Ultra reliable Crane remote controls.

    Crane radio remote controls are used to wirelessly control a crane from a distance. It comes with a handheld transmitter and a receiver box for mounting on a control panel on top of the crane.

    A malfunction of either the handheld Transmitter or receiver means lost production time and revenue for a busy workshop or factory. Anand systems engineering has introduced the SwapEasy functionality with which a spare transmitter or receiver can be easily swapped within a few seconds to replace the malfunctioning one.

    This saves a lot of time and money for the workshop without affecting production. Anand radio remote controls come with a sim card that contains all the settings. Simply insert the sim card of the malfunctioning unit into the new spare unit which activates the spare unit instantly.

    Once the sim card from the malfunctioning remote control is removed, it completely deactivates it for safety reasons. The Sim card contains many details of the remote control such as the address of the transmitter & receiver, mapping of transmitter push buttons to receiver relays, transmitter and receiver digital address key, etc.

    Making ultra-reliable remote controls also require the communication between the transmitter and receiver to be completely encrypted. This makes sure any eavesdropper cannot record and repeat the commands sent by the transmitter. Anand radio remote controls used advanced custom made 128 bit AES encryption.
