(Littler), the world's largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has added Amie Needham to the firm's St. Louis office. Needham, previously a partner with Thompson Coburn LLP, joins Littler as a shareholder and will continue to focus her practice on traditional labor law in addition to employment counseling and litigation. Needham's arrival at Littler is the latest among a slew of high profile laterals who have joined the firm across a number of its national and international offices.

She has extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and has handled complex labor arbitrations as well as large-scale wage and hour class action cases. Needham also advises and counsels clients on legal compliance and risk management on a wide range of employment issues.

    Recognized as a leading attorney in the industry, Needham received the Women's Justice Award Rising Star by Missouri Lawyers Weekly & St. Louis Daily Record. She has also been named a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years and was selected as one of the top 40 LGBT attorneys under 40 in the United States.

    Needham is active in the legal community and is a member of the American Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Illinois Bar Association and Lawyers for Equality.     A graduate of New York Law School, Needham received her J.D. in 2000 and earned her B.S. from Oklahoma State University.
