AlphaCare includes one hour of free Setup Assistance once customers receive their ID printing system where AlphaCard's expert technical support representatives will guide customers through the process of printing and designing their first ID card. In addition, the AlphaCare service and support package includes lifetime Quick Call and email support for any and all printer and software issues. Printers and software are supported for life, regardless of the warranty status.
AlphaCare offers an Optional Loaner Protection Plan that extends the use of a loaner printer through the life of a manufacturer warranty. Extended full-service packages are also available annually to AlphaCard customers.
