  • (1888PressRelease) July 31, 2012 - The United Nations World Food Programme, Aviation Safety Unit-WFP/ASU with the support of the Governments of United Arab Emirates and Jordan jointly with our Main Strategic Supporter - Jordan Aviation, is hosting and organizing the 4th Global Humanitarian Aviation Conference. The conference will be held on October 09-10, 2012 at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center - Dead Sea, Jordan.

    Top level international and regional safety leaders will be in attendance. All aviation related organizations and individuals are encouraged to attend this important safety conference.

    The Global Humanitarian Aviation Conference became a landmark conference in the aviation industry bringing stakeholders, humanitarian organizations, (ICRC, Red Crescent.., etc), aviation authorities and industry from around the world offering a tribune to debate, discuss and exchange information and experiences on programs and projects related to aircraft certification, maintenance, operations, training, and aviation safety. The Conference provides a forum for open discussion with all Aviation teams on current initiatives and strategic directions.
