"Blankets For Heroes" Needs Your Help In Order To Supply Fleece Blankets To Our Wounded Hereoes In Military Hospitals
We cannot do it without you. They gave to us, now it is our time to show how much the citizens of this country care about them.
- Nashville, TN (1888PressRelease) January 03, 2011 - Blankets For Heroes - Is a Non-Profit Organization that creates totally hand made Fleece Blankets for those in our Military Hospitals. These men and women received their injuries preserving our "Freedom" therefore they deserve the very best.
According to hospital officials, Fleece Blankets are warmer, more comfortable and more durable then what type of blankets most patients now have. Fleece Blankets are rarely donated due to the cost. It is our goal to supply as many Fleece Blankets to those in Military Hospitals around the country as we can but in order to do this, we need your help. As a rule the material for one Fleece Blanket has a cost of between $18 and $22 if we cannot get the fabric on sale. All of those assisting in creating these blankets are volunteers meaning your kind donations are used for fabric and not for payroll.
You can help us very much even if you cannot donate at this time. Please pass the link on to as many of your friends as possible and ask them to do the same. We need to get the word out so we can show how much the citizens of this country are thankful for the sacrifice these brave men and women have given for our country.
