    Available in both the Apple and Google Play Stores, the free and easily downloadable app allows YYC clients and the public at large instant access to information about Lagree YYC - Full Body exercise classes.

    Users can book appointments, purchase services and find out what's hot both on and off the Megaformer which helps Lagree clients to glide their way to the intense yet low-impact workout that has put Lagree YYC on Calgary's fitness map.

    "The workout is challenging, but finding out more about it and signing up for classes just got a whole lot easier," said Lagree YYC President Kim Rothenberg.

    "We are really pleased to offer Calgarians another easy means by which to tap into the exciting exercise revolution that is happening at Lagree YYC. The app provides instant access to class times, personal schedules and accounts and can even notify participants with reminders to come to class when they are in the area.     Launched in February, 2015, Lagree YYC is the first to introduce Calgarians to a low impact, high intensity workout that makes exercise more efficient and effective because of the innovative Megaformer.

    A moving platform manipulated through a system of springs, straps and pulleys, the Megaformer employs body weight to provide resistance.

    Individuals and groups are guided by certified and knowledgeable trainers through a 45 minute Pilates-inspired routine that engages all muscle groups for a workout that, while intense, is easy on the joints.

    Lagree YYC clients save time by combining cardio, fat burning, and strength training in one workout at the Lagree YYC studio on Elbow Drive at 50th Street SW in Calgary.
