  • (1888PressRelease) January 05, 2022 - Talking to our partnered salons about the impact of Covid-19 we have analysed that salons have been struggling to keep up with the rising expenses and losses. Footfalls have been drastically decreased post-pandemic. Salons are finding it difficult to hire a stylist. On the other hand, maintaining sanitisation standards increased the cost of operations for salons. 

    The second wave has forced many small and mid-sized salon and spa businesses to shut shop because of tremendous losses faced and the lack of clarity about the way forward, said Samir Srivastav, chief executive officer, Jean-Claude Biguine Salons India, the local arm of the French salon chain.

    Pre-Pandemic we were having decent amount of people walking in to our salon and we were able to generate a revenue of approx. ₹4-5 Lakhs a month but after the pandemic, we can barely do ₹1 lakh said, the founder of one of our partnered salons.

    Considering the situation we have decided to provide relief for the salons and offer a three-month free subscription. Salons can utilise our tool for free and can mobilise their customers to reduce their burden and leverage our features to grow their business within their locality and facilitate them to sustain this tough time.
