Prior coming to the US, she worked as a research engineer for China National Academy of Agricultural Mechanization of Sciences for 8 years. In the US, before her teaching career she worked for 8 years as a business consultant and business executive in transportation industry. Prof. He has published over 80 publications in refereed academic journals, books, and conference proceedings in both English and Chinese. Her research areas are multinational corporations, international monetary system, global entrepreneurship, globalization, etc.

    Professor He teaches International Business subjects and has received the Excellence in Teaching Award at Quinnipiac University. Her research also received several international awards for excellence as well. Recently she travelled to China, India, and Turkey and devotes her time on entrepreneurship development in emerging markets. She also takes students to Nicaragua on microfinance mission.
