- (1888PressRelease) March 23, 2012 - Phillip Lew, CEO at XBOSoft, will present "Evaluating and Improving Software Usability" at the Software Test Professionals (STP) Spring 2012 Conference at the Sheraton in New Orleans, LA on March 26 - 29. The talk will focus on usability and user experience with a particular emphasis on modeling and measurement.
Philip commented, "With the current shift in enterprise software delivery models, moving from the desktop to the web and mobile, usability gains importance. Users can and will now easily switch the software they use."
During the roundtable breakfast discussions of the conference, Philip will lead a session on XBOSoft's Quality Process Assessment and the importance of measurement in monitoring and improving software quality while exchanging opinions with other QA professionals. Philip noted, "The conference is about software testing, but the entire reason for testing is raising software quality, so we'll explore testing effectiveness, and other ways to evaluate and improve quality."
