Wyclef's Refugee All-Star Sound Presents "Faya Rama European Tour 2011" from December 1st -December 23rd. If you have never heard of Wyclef's Refugee All-Star Sound; it is safe to say you have not been in Europe in the last 5 years. WRAS is on their 6th European tour, more than 70 gigs all over Europe.
