Local family business, WWBeds Custom Furniture, serving the North Little Rock area for 35 years, announces the appointment of second generation furniture maker Chris Davis to President. He succeeds his father and founder of the company Gary Davis.

Chris started working at WWBeds Custom Furniture, formerly Waterful Wonderbeds, in an after school job capacity in 1990. He has worked in all aspects of the business from accounting, web site management and sales to sweeping floors. Currently, along with other managerial duties, Chris has been focusing on increased production, quality, and craftsmanship in the wood shop by refining the building process of all products sold.

Chris has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas (1996). Since graduation Chris has participated in additional courses to help in the overall scope of the business. He has completed an Aircraft Modification and Installation course from Pulaski Technical College and an Interior Design course from Chandler's School of Interior Decorating as well.

WWbeds Custom Furniture, formerly Waterful Wonderbeds, specializes in customized hand built furniture and other products. They use a customer's drawing, sketch, or picture and turn it into the specific piece of furniture the customer is desiring. Their customer base has changed over the last decade. They now draw 75-80% of their customer's from their Internet site, www.wwbeds.com. However, the business continues to operate a showroom and manufacturing shop in the North Little Rock area. WWBeds Custom Furniture uses Internet technology allowing customers to watch live video feeds of the shop and chat in real time with the craftsmen as their furniture is being built.
