  • (1888PressRelease) July 06, 2018 - Wordsmith Advertising / AMIN Turkey's visual identity for Aila Dokuz Sekiz Restaurant located on the garden floor of Fairmont Quasar Istanbul has been awarded the coveted A' Design Award in the Graphics and Visual Communication Design Category. In acknowledgement of its excellence, the work was selected as an award winner by the respected judges of the A' Design Awards & Competitions from amongst numerous nominated works from around the world.

    About the Winning Design: Aila Restaurant
    Agency President, Beau Higgins explains, "When Wordsmith Advertising / AMIN Turkey took on the challenge of naming and creating a visual identity for Aila, Fairmont Quasar Istanbul's high-end specialty restaurant, the creative team knew the identity had to capture the spirit of this traditional Turkish mezze restaurant and its "ocakbaşı" grill in a sophisticated contemporary setting, in a strikingly memorable design. Evoking a deco influence, our assignment included the naming of the venue along with logo design as well as design and production of all collateral materials, including dining, wine, bar and lunch menus."
