  • Fort Worth-Arlington, TX (1888PressRelease) October 03, 2011 - October, 2011: Fort Worth, TX: Julie B Cosgrove, a Christian writer speaker and author announced today that her latest Bible study for women, What Can She Tell Us? is now available in Kindle format as well as Nook and will soon be IPad compatible. Ms. Cosgrove said, "I wanted it to be available electronically for Kindle users even though the paperback is not yet available on Amazon.com., but can only be purchased through my website or at lulu.com."

The women's Bible study is based on the unnamed women of the New Testament, whose stories, Ms. Cosgrove stated are "just as pertinent as those of Lydia of Philippi, Mary, Martha, Mary Magdalene, Anna and Elizabeth. Just because we never learned their names doesn't mean we can't learn something about their encounters with Christ." Ms. Cosgrove believes these women's stories were preserved in the Bible for a reason- to help us see how lives can be changed when a person encounters Jesus. "All women, and men, have a story to tell. I hope this Bible study will help people realize their experiences in finding Jesus or being found by Him are important and need to be told. Perhaps reading and discussing about these women will validate their own experiences."

The book in paperback form is a convenient 8.5X11 size with ample space to write answers and reflective notes. Each of the eleven lessons include the passage from Scripture relating to the woman's story and a one to two page reflective commentary to stir discussions. It can also be used as an individual study. The Kindle of course cannot be written in, but it is still a great way to obtain the women's Bible study at the very reasonable price of $5.00 each.

"This is mostly about a Bible study about women for women, but teenagers and men may find insight as well. These stories are universal in that they are about a human being in need who encounters the one Person who can best meet their needs," the author continued to explain. "They are stories of healing, forgiveness and spiritual awakening that are just as meaningful two thousand years later."

Julie B Cosgrove has another Bible study on prayer called P.R.A.Y.I.N.G.- Bringing Power and Purpose to Your Prayers, also available in Kindle as well as a series of devotionals on the Psalms called Song Notes. Both are available on Amazon.com in paperback as well as Kindle, in IPad format and in Nook. She also lectures and leads workshops and retreats on both Bible studies as well as other topics.
