WLC Fashion Shows organized through 2011 witnessing tremendous potential of WLCI Students

  • (1888PressRelease) November 30, 2011 - This year too, WLC Fashion Shows did not fall short on glamour quotient; the legendary actress Zeenat Aman, Bollywood's ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra and former beauty queen Aditi Govitrikar were seen at the fashion event. Designer Vikram Phadnis was also seen at the event where the famous ramp models like Shamita Singha, Netra Raghuraman and Deepti Gujral sashayed down the ramp. Deepshikha and Shama Sikander were the showstoppers for the young designers at the WLC Fashion Shows in 2011.

    The initiative provided an excellent platform to project and unveils the creative abilities and fashion potential of the WLCI students. Besides, it also accounted for immense exposure by giving a chance to students to showcase their talent to experts of the fashion industry. Students who participated in this fashion show includes Himanshu Ahuja, from HCL-II batch (under graduate advance diploma in fashion technology- 2008-2011) who had been short listed for a final presentation of their designs at LFW and WIFW March-April 2011 Season.
