WKDE Adds Jay Daniels as Marketing and Sales Representative

WKDE (KD Country 105.5 FM and 1000 AM) recently added Jay Daniels to the team as a marketing and sales representative. End Quote

Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) September 01, 2010 - Daniels will sell advertising for the station's AM and FM formats as well as their web space. He will serve as an account manager, providing creative solutions to help businesses grow their market share through combined radio and web advertising.

No stranger to the broadcasting industry, Daniels worked as a master control operator at WSET-TV in Lynchburg, Virginia; a production assistant for Spirit FM in Lynchburg, Virginia; and host and executive producer of Musical Spotlight on Classic 96.7 3WZ in Buena Vista, Virginia.

Daniels graduated from the Columbia School of Broadcasting in Fairfax, Virginia with a certification in radio announcing.

A native of Louisa County, Daniels is an accomplished pianist, organist and vocalist, having performed throughout Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.
