  • (1888PressRelease) July 31, 2008 - Where's Best today announces a partnership with Hostelbookers.com which will enable users to find and reserve beds at hundreds of UK Youth Hostels using the Where's Best website.

Where's Best founder Ian Evans said: "We're pleased to have linked up with Hostelbookers to offer hostel booking on our site. As the only independent hostel booking site that doesn't charge booking fees, we believe Hostelbookers offers great value for money. Also, with the emphasis on quality rather than quantity in their portfolio of hostels, we should be able to promise our users a decent place to stay when they book a hostel through the site."

Where's Best is a UK business directory where users can find, rate and review pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and many other businesses in their local area. Youth Hostels are a new addition to the site and the partnership with Hostelbookers is the first of a number of improvements that are planned between now and the end of the year.

"Youth Hostels will be the first of a number of new business types that will be added to Where's Best over the coming months as we look to expand our directory," Ian Evans explains. "The emphasis on the site so far has been on bars, restaurants, hotels and other places where you might meet up with friends or go on a day or night. We plan to add new businesses both to complement the areas we already cover and also to expand the site to include new areas, such as local shops and services. We're also hoping to add quite a few new features to improve the community aspect of the site, increase the amount information we provide on a business's listing page and to generally make the site more useful for our visitors."
