His role will include contributing to board meetings, strategic planning, and organizational oversight as the foundation scales its programs nationwide. This appointment comes as the Foundation enters a new phase of national scale, deepening its partnerships with school districts and expanding its flagship storytelling and mentorship initiatives. As Board Observer, Mr. Kasali will participate in board meetings, strategic planning discussions, and organizational oversight processes.
