São Paulo, April 25, 2025 – Brazil is set to host Virtual Aviation Expo 2025, the premier event for virtual aviation in South America. On November 22 and 23, Shopping Center 3, in São Paulo, will transform into an immersive hub for pilots, aspiring aviators, simulation users, photographers, and aviation enthusiasts.
With space for up to 1,300 attendees at once, the expo expects to welcome between 1,500 and 2,000 visitors over the two-day program. The 2025 edition represents a significant leap from its inaugural year, with projected attendance growing up to five times compared to 2024.
“Our goal is to create a space rich in content, connection, and inspiration. Virtual Aviation Expo is a bridge between those who dream of aviation and those already living it,” says Saulo Alves, one of the event organizers.
Industry Presence and High-Level Programming
Building on the success of its 2024 debut, which welcomed companies such as PMDG, Say Intentions AI, FLYT Simulations, Gear Down, and Azul Airlines, the 2025 edition is expected to expand its international reach. Organizers are currently in conversations with brands such as Microsoft, Embraer, and other global leaders in simulation and training.
The event will feature over 14 expert speakers, including Brazilian aviation figures Captains Pescada, Rafael, Dato de Oliveira, Scatamacchia, as well as Indyanara Silva (Maintenance Specialist at United Airlines), and pilots Led Santos and André Castellini, who will share insights into their operations with the TBM 960 aircraft.
Inclusion, Accessibility & Community Engagement
In addition to its technical program, the event stands out for its inclusive and community-driven approach. Attendees who are not legally entitled to discounted tickets may still pay half price by donating one kilogram of non-perishable food, which will be collected by Associação Asa GOL and delivered to charity institutions.
As part of its commitment to diversity, the 2025 edition will also welcome deaf pilots who will share their personal journeys and insights with the audience.
