VERTRO TV Signs Balinda MiChaels as host of "The Agent" to premier in it's regular programming. Shooting is being scheduled to be filmed in different cities around the country. Only on TVT.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) September 13, 2013 - Television's latest network arrival, VERTRO has announced its new line-up of programs to begin broadcasting this Fall, and will include Atlanta's very own television and media personality, BaLinda MiChaels in the reality TV series, THE AGENT.
True to form of reality TV, The Agent is full of colorful characters as it focuses on the behind the scenes look of a high powered casting agent, BaLinda MiChaels, in the new "Hollywood" of the South, Atlanta, GA.
In this world we will experience the daily grind and search for the right personality to fit the part of a very demanding and specific talent request for commercial, television and film productions.
There is the review of thousands of photos and resumes; auditions of hundreds of actors during casting calls; negotiations for the actors chosen; critiques of actors during casting calls; and the grooming of actors to get the role.
The show will have cameo appearances and tips from celebrity guests serving as mentors and of course, the drama between the actors seeking that coveted part to launch their careers, and how they deal with rejection and acceptance.
Ms. MiChaels is ecstatic about the new show as she has been involved professionally in the entertainment industry for several years as a cable television host with, "In The Studio with BaLinda MiChaels", and as a R&B singer where her single is entitled No Second Chance, listed in Billboard Magazine, and most recently as an extra casting director with her company, BMEI Casting Agency.
