This recognition honors Josh’s outstanding contributions to shaping New Jersey’s commercial real estate landscape through his leadership in engineering. The awards ceremony was held at The Marigold in Somerset, NJ.

Now in its fifth year, the Leaders in Real Estate, Construction, and Design program celebrates professionals and companies driving meaningful progress across the industry. This year’s honorees span disciplines such as architecture, engineering, interior design, real estate development, project and construction management, general contracting, subcontracting, law and environmental services.

ABOUT JOSH TINER:
Josh Tiner is the VP of Engineering at REDCOM Design & Construction. Josh has worked for more than twenty years in the design, engineering, and construction industries, much of that time in an executive oversight role.

He has a wide range of technical knowledge and an astute understanding of the processes required to bring a variety of projects from conception to completion. Josh’s career focus has been in both land development and the mission critical/data center industry. He maintains professional engineering licensure in most states, as well as several international jurisdictions where he practices as engineer of record as needed. Josh has been qualified to and has testified before planning and zoning boards in several states.

Josh is also a published author of continuing education courses.  He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
