    The Fifth Annual Universum IDEAL™ Employer & Diversity Awards will be held at the New York Times Building in New York City on May 11th. The Universum Awards celebrates the very best in employer branding as voted on by more than 70,000 undergraduate and MBA students in the United States.

    The event celebrates the strongest and most sophisticated employer brands and brings together thought leaders from different industries and universities all across the country including representatives from Google, L'Oreal, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, General Electric, the NSA and many more. The format allows for attendees to hear advice from today's top HR professionals and to network with leaders from the most successful employer brands.

    The evening will commence with a cocktail reception, dinner and the awards ceremony itself. By the end of the evening, twelve awards will be given out to the companies that most excel in employer attractiveness as voted on by college students from the top universities in the world. The top brands list will be published in Businessweek and is widely agreed upon to be the definitive rankings list as well as the most prestigious employer branding award.
