The product-whose name is a combination of "two" and "duvet"- is a down alternative comforter that features a thick (warm) side and a thin (cool) side to satisfy different sleeping preferences. In essence, it eliminates the need for couples to have to sleep with multiple blankets or sleep in separate beds. According to a National Sleep Foundation survey, 23 percent of married couples in the United States sleep in different beds. According to Walmart, more than 4,000 product creators entered via video submission to Get on the Shelf between January 9 and February 22 of this year. During the first 24 hours of the contest, which started March 7, 93 percent of contestants had received votes. Participants can vote once for a product using their Facebook account and once using text messaging every day.
The Twovét is a high-quality product manufactured using a 400-thread count, 100-percent Egyptian cotton cover.
