UAE bikers' community gears up for big UAE National Day PARADE ride on 2nd of December 2010

  • (1888PressRelease) November 20, 2010 - Dubai - The UAE National Day bikers parade organized by the Phoenix Riders - a Dubai-based Riding Club - will encompass all UAE motorcycle clubs and is being held in collaboration with the Dubai Police and the Hatta Cultural Association. This day will bring together motorcycle enthusiasts of all ages, backgrounds and interests, and represents the amazing cultural diversity of the UAE by showcasing how different ethnicities can come together as one and play a contributing role in the society they are part of, while celebrating the UAE National Day in style.

    The event will kick off in the parking of Wonderland Theme Park - Dubai at 9.00am where all bikers will gather and enjoy a mix of activities and media interaction, including cutting of a giant UAE flag-shaped cake. This will be followed, under Dubai Police escort, by a parade in the streets of Dubai, along with a special bike display performance on Jumeirah Beach Road. All riders will then start their route to Hatta, where a range of special socio-cultural activities are scheduled to take place throughout the afternoon, including a joint cars & bikes parade, Falcons' Show and a symbolic Army show performance.
