Trigild to Move to New Corporate Offices to Accommodate Rapid Growth
Golden Triangle headquarters will make room for growing staff, business.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) June 20, 2012 - To keep pace with rapid growth, Trigild, a full service real estate services company specializing in property management, receivership/bankruptcy and consulting services, has moved its corporate headquarters to new offices in the heart of the Golden Triangle/University Towne Centre (UTC) neighborhood of San Diego.
The 35-year-old firm, previously located in the Del Mar Heights area of San Diego, opened its new 13,500-square-foot quarters on June 18 at 9339 Genesee Ave. Trigild has also been the property manager for the building since November 2011.
The San Diego corporate staff of 60, led by chief operating officer Judy Hoffman, maximizes value for and, manages and operates commercial real estate, multifamily, retail, hospitality, industrial and petroleum properties across the country. The new offices house Trigild's administrative staff, as well as specialists in finance, receivership and operations management.
"As we continue to add staff to keep up with growing demand, we determined more space was essential," Hoffman said. "Over the last few years, we have added more than 15,000 multifamily units and more than 25 million in commercial real estate square footage to our growing portfolio - as well as the necessary employees to handle an increasing need for our management and receivership services." In addition to its San Diego expansion, the firm has recently opened regional offices in Northern California, Washington, DC, Phoenix, Dallas, and will open another soon in Denver.
The company is currently making plans for its Fall Lender Conference, October 17-19, 2012, at the Omni Hotel downtown and recently announced named receiver for an $80 million luxury residential community in Puerto Rico.
The new headquarters is located in the Genesee Executive Plaza, a 150,000-square-foot office complex comprised of two, three-story class "A" office/medical buildings located at 9333 and 9339 Genesee Avenue near the La Jolla Marriott and Westfield UTC.
