  • Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV (1888PressRelease) May 15, 2013 - Food, wine and music lovers are gearing up for the 32nd Annual Vintage Virginia Wine and Food Festival June 1st and 2nd at the Bull Run Special Events Center in Centreville, Virginia. Featuring the best in Virginia wines and local musicians, this year's festival will also play host to six wine and food seminars and nearly 20 different gourmet food trucks.

The one-hour Vintage Virginia chef seminars will give guests the opportunity to relax under a shaded, 200-seat tent with stunningly clear audio and video, all the while absorbing demonstrations for the preparation of Virginia-inspired dishes like Jumbo Crab Ceviche, Skirt Steak "Cilantro Chimichurri", Virginia Apple Bread Pudding and more. Vintage Virginia's star chefs include:

    • Chef Roshni Mansukhani, who appeared on Chopped
    • Chef Barbie Marshall, who appeared on Hell's Kitchen
    • Chef Michael Langdon
    • Chef Ronaldo Linares

The wide selection of food trucks will not only give those at Vintage Virginia freedom to choose from Caribbean, Italian, Lebanese, barbeque, and more; it also allows for a quick, gourmet meal while touring the festival grounds. Some of the trucks on site include:

    • BBQ Bus DC
    • Big Cheese
    • Capital Chicken and Waffles
    • Captain Cookie and the Milkman
    • Curbside Cupcakes
    • Feelin' Crabby
    • PhoWheels
    • And more!

"This year, Vintage Virginia will be more engaging, with a wider selection of wines, food and entertainment than ever before," says Kris Hodges, co-founder of Across-the-Way Productions.
