    Thomas C. Senter is as partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP where he is co-Chair of the Employment Law Department, a member of the Tax, Trusts & Estates Department and Chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation. He provides counsel to employers, senior executives, Boards of Directors and Board Committees.
