Thermo Fisher Scientific introduces a new version of its web-based ProteinCenter software, which includes CytoScape support and more than 223 million protein-protein interactions in its database.

(Cytoscape is used to visualize complex networks in proteomics data.) This new version of ProteinCenter includes plug-ins for bioinformatics, social network analysis and the semantic web.
The new ProteinCenter software enables scientists in the proteomics field to quickly and confidently interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful biological information within minutes.
