The Underfloor Heating Store listed in Sunday Times Fast Track 100
The UK's biggest supplier of underfloor heating equipment, The Underfloor Heating Store, has been listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 table.
- (1888PressRelease) January 04, 2014 - The news comes at the end of a fantastic year that saw the Essex firm leave November's Smarta 100 Business Awards with a prize of £1,000, which it donated in full to the nearby Little Havens Children's Hospice.
Published earlier this month, the Virgin Group-sponsored list is put together by the news giant's private company network, Fast Track, to recognise the achivements of businesses across the UK. The tables have been published in the Sunday Times each year since 1997, with six separate categories focusing on everything from the fastest-growing businesses to the most successful private firms.
After making the list, the award-winning company's directors, Michael and Steven Lewis, will attend a special dinner event at the Oxfordshire family home of Virgin Group boss Sir Richard Branson in May next year.
The firm has expressed its delight with the recent announcement, with co-founder Michael saying:
"We've had one of our busiest years yet and we've worked extremely hard so to be recognised by the Sunday Times like this is huge for us. We have some great people on our team and a lot of loyal customers, so our thanks certainly go to them - we wouldn't be here without their support.
"Obviously Steven and I are pretty excited at the moment but this is just the start - we can't wait for the awards dinner next spring."
