The stunning exhibition Caspian Oil & Gas 2017: impressions, experience, results
This year, on the 31-st May I visited the city of Baku together with Andrii Vorotinsev, the Head of the sales department, CIS region at Triol Corporation. The purpose of our trip to Azerbaijan was to visit one of the largest events, the 24th Caspian Oil and Gas International Exhibition 2017.
- (1888PressRelease) July 11, 2017 - From the very first minutes I spent in this city, I realized that Azerbaijan can hit with its beauties so much and city inhabitants are very kindly.
The exhibition gave me an opportunity to establish useful business contacts, as well as to get a lot of new information about technologies and technical solutions in the oil and gas industry. Everything was organized at the highest level and performed to the highest standards!
I was delighted with the magnitude and level of organization on the first day of the exhibition! I did not miss any minute due to the fast registration in Fast Track format and I was in time for the formal opening the event by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, who led this ceremony traditionally.
Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference 2017 gathered 289 companies from 30 countries. Most of all I was impressed by the companies which found a unconventional approach to the presentation.
But most of all I was delighted with the stand of SOCAR, a very large stand which had a description of the whole history of activity, mocked up results of 1 year work on gas and oil extraction, the offshore platform model in a scalable format. These all are impressive achievements!
The International Caspian Oil & Gas Conference was an important part of the exhibition and it was held from May 31-st through June 2-nd at the JW Marriot Absheron Baku Hotel. At the end of the conference, the fruitful negotiations and discussions were held between the participating companies and the Triol Corporation as for the start-up of new projects aimed at further expansion of cooperation. We have found new international partners both for sharing of best practices and for implementing new technical solutions! And these are only the first steps on the long way of mutually beneficial cooperation! I was particularly impressed by the meeting with representatives of SOCAR. I was delighted with the high standard of professionalism and interest in solving important issues of the industry!
A visit to Caspian Oil & Gas 2017 made it possible to evaluate new trends in the development of the oil and gas market, to take into account the potential of the region and to negotiate possible areas of common interest and further interaction on energy saving projects. Indeed, the event gave Triol Corporation the opportunity to find reliable partners and suppliers, as well as to find new customers.
Running events such as Caspian Oil & Gas 2017 helps to unite the efforts of business, state bodies and metro companies of the oil and gas industry in order to establish mutually beneficial relations between the companies! I am very glad that I managed to become a part of that unique atmosphere of CO & G 2017!
