The family-owned business was founded in 1952 by Thomas E. Welby, Sr., and later successfully run by his wife, Marion Welby, and then their son Tom Welby Jr. until 2000. Jim Morse joined the company in 1988 and has been President & CEO since 2000.
RFX, Inc. is a transportation intermediary that offers a variety of transportation services including truckload, less-than-truckload, dry van, reefer and specialized equipment transport.
