About the Author
I was brought up in a small 300 year old stone cottage twenty miles south of Glasgow, Scotland. Moved to Vancouver British Columbia when I was still a 'wee un' with my mum and her new Canadian hubby. Attended University of British Columbia for far too many years while beach life guarding for Vancouver City for four blissful months each summer as a reward for my academic tenacity. Won three Canada Council Grants; two for novels, one for poetry. My first novel, THE VERNAL EQUINOX, won a Canada Book Club Contest and was published by the sponsoring body. My second was NOTHING BLACK BUT A CADILLAC.
