The Law Offices of George T. Bochanis is excited to host an upcoming webinar on May 1st, 2020 at 1:00 PM PST to provide current and future law students with the knowledge and survival skills they need to make the most of their law school years and prepare themselves for the journey ahead.

The webinar, “10 Things I Wish I Knew Before Enrolling in Law School,” will feature insight from top Las Vegas personal injury attorneys who navigated the challenges of law school and survived. Attorneys George T. Bochanis and Roger Bailey have successfully practiced law for many years and hope to use this webinar as an opportunity to help aspiring lawyers achieve their career goals.

After peaking in 2010 with approximately 147,525 students, total J.D. enrollment dropped 25.3% to just 110,183 in 2017 - the lowest it has been in over 40 years. According to the American Bar Association, however, law school enrollment is on the rise once again with 111,516 students in 2018. Approximately 38,390 of those enrollees are first-year law students. While law school deans are encouraged by the increase, however, attrition rates remain high among many schools. In the 2015-2016 school year, average dropout rates for some law schools were as high as 25.3%.

Low grades on first semester exams, the fear of social stigma that causes people not to seek help, and imposter syndrome are common reasons law students leave school. The attorneys at The Law Offices of George T. Bochanis believe that helping current and prospective students understand what to expect, make sense of the challenges, and prepare for the road ahead are key to reducing attrition rates in law schools.

Prospective law students, people who are currently struggling with law school, and family members of aspiring attorneys are encouraged to attend this exciting event. Registration can be achieved by filling out a short registration form and submitting contact information online or by calling The Law Offices of George T. Bochanis at 702-388-2005.
