The Fit Doc Receives Star Diamond Rank

Most people need a push to get going when it comes to fitness - and Kevin was no different. Right before his 40th birthday he was exercising sporadically, steadily gaining weight but not caring much. After all, everybody starts to put on a little weight as they get older, right?
After his friend made a little remark about Kevin's "new double chin," he decided to take action. "Action" came in the form of Beachbody's P90X workout program. At first, he struggled to complete three pull-ups, in less than two times through the program he achieved 20 pull-ups in one session. His weight dropped from 178 to 165 pounds. Pretty soon, Kevin realized that his clothing wasn't tight in his stomach anymore - but in his chest!
He was further inspired by the fact that people who work out consistently have a 40% lower chance of dying from Parkinson's… especially since both his father and grandfather were sufferers of the disease. Thus inspired, Kevin set out to make fitness a way of life - and extended his own zeal for healthy lifestyles into coaching to help other people on their own paths to fitness.
And now, Kevin has reached the Star Diamond rank of coaching according to Beachbody. This is an elite rank awarded rarely to the coaches of the highest quality - only 0.2% of Beachbody coaches worldwide attain this rank.
