  • Indianapolis, IN (1888PressRelease) January 26, 2012 - The Chef's Academy (http://www.thechefsacademy.com), the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 109-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers 40 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced that it is opening an all-you-can-eat buffet at its institution from Monday, Jan. 30 through Wednesday, Feb. 1 in an effort to accommodate the influx of people and hospitality professionals in the city for Super Bowl festivities. The Chef's Academy, located at 664 E. Washington St., will offer lunch and dinner on Monday, Jan. 30; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Jan. 31; and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, Feb. 1. Breakfast will be priced at $10 and served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., lunch will cost $15 and will run from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and dinner is $20 and will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. All local hospitality professionals and children ages six through 12 will receive 50 percent off their meal. Children age 5 and under eat free. On Monday, Jan. 30, all Harrison College employees will also receive a 50 percent discount.

    As the host of Super Bowl 46, many are expecting that downtown Indianapolis will have a shortage of available dining options for the number of people expected in the city. The Chef's Academy is looking to provide a place to get a great meal at a reasonable price to not only those individuals, but also the increased number of hospitality professionals in the city to service those crowds.
