    Prior to The Chef's Academy, Boyers held positions at American United Life Insurance Company in Indianapolis, where he was a disbursement specialist; Today's Temporary in Indianapolis, where he served as project coordinator for HNTB Engineering on DOT-funded projects; and Church of Christ/UMC, where he served as youth minister and education director. Jayson earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Indianapolis with a Liberal Arts major and emphasis in business, religion and psychology, and he has a Master's in leadership development from Saint Mary of the Woods College.
