The Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON), the largest and most established community of shared services and outsourcing professionals, today announced details of their Shared Services and Outsourcing Excellence Awards.

These awards form the industry benchmark in terms of best practice and business excellence. The Awards are judged by a panel with proven expertise in Customer Service; Culture Creation; Communication; Value; and Improvement & Innovation.
