Its Texas Super Lawyers 2015 list recognizes what it deems to be "outstanding" lawyers from more than 70 diverse practice areas across the state of Texas. No more than five percent of attorneys in the state are selected for inclusion on this list, which is compiled through the publication's patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.

    Ansley leads the firm's White Collar and Regulatory Defense practice. A former federal criminal prosecutor and enforcement attorney, he focuses his practice on white collar criminal and regulatory defense and has represented numerous corporate and individual clients in high stakes litigation in federal court and before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other federal and state agencies. Ansley also conducts internal investigations involving alleged securities fraud, tax fraud and health care violations. He represents medical and dental professionals and associated entities in claims involving billing for unnecessary services, billing for services not rendered, upcoding, unbundling and kickbacks.     Case focuses on labor and employment litigation, as well as appellate and public law. He also assists clients in real estate transactional matters. Cullum provides substantive law support in civil litigation arising out of the administration of estates and trusts and real estate transactions.
