With over 35 years of experience in strategically managing high value and complex property portfolios, Joshi is a senior real estate and facilities management professional.
Mr. Joshi’s professional experience includes working for Emirates Oil Company Limited in a related position assuming total operational responsibility for a property portfolio with a current value of over $330 million USD. In a similar role, he worked for the world’s largest oil and gas provider, Haliburton Worldwide Limited.
In his roles as a senior executive, directing the execution and performance of each of the company’s multi-functional real estate service portfolios, consisting of numerous base facilities in Northern and Southern Iraq, Mr. Joshi brings extensive experience as well as technical knowledge to The Synerfac Resources Team.
