Swift Manufacturing & Engineering, Inc. Was Awarded Financing From The Madison Development Corporation To Expand Their Manufacturing Efforts In Madison, Wisconsin
Swift Manufacturing & Engineering is expanding their contract manufacturing operations with the help of financing from the Madison Development Corporation (MDC).

MDC's support will allow Swift to expand their efforts to bring manufacturing back to the state of Wisconsin, including efforts to bring back work currently done in East Asia. At Swift, they have a team dedicated to bringing jobs back to the USA.
The manufacturing team at Swift has been working with Wisconsin-based original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to provide high-quality machined components. Swift's plant offers computer controlled vertical machining centers, turning centers, and a variety of support equipment. Swift provides turnkey solutions to their customers for machining, fabricating, plastic injection and blow molding, and all required secondary operations including plating, heat treating, grinding, welding, and assembly.
The engineering team at Swift is working to bridge the gap between product development and manufacturing as a completely integrated Concept to Box organization.

With the funding from the Madison Development Corporation, Swift will acquire additional computer controlled machining centers, additional support equipment, and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for precise and accurate quality control testing. Swift will be moving to a larger facility in Madison Wisconsin. The new Swift headquarters is under development and will be located just a block away from the current location at 5309 Voges Rd., Madison WI.
