Strategic Expansion Links E-Discovery Market Leaders.

IDM is one of New York City's most successful eDiscovery service providers, specializing in domain and process systems. The company delivers efficient end-to-end technology and services to complete eDiscovery projects faster and more cost effectively. IDM also provides hosting and review services, as well as personnel staffing, to major law firms and corporate clients.
SuperiorGlacier provides document processing, data processing, and hosting to the eDiscovery sector. The company is a pioneer in the design, creation, and implementation of document management systems. Like IDM, SuperiorGlacier services the legal needs of large corporations and its legal counsel.

IDM's co-founders Ken Krebs and Cathy Frazier will remain and continue to manage the company. Terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
