  • (1888PressRelease) June 13, 2013 - Los Angeles, California - Mr. Steven J. Muehler, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Coast Securities Corporation today announced it is in the closing phases of its plans to develop a new industrial park in Dickinson, North Dakota.

The project proposed is a 96,000 Square Foot Multi-Tenant Industrial Park Development that is situated on an industrial zone 5+ acre site located in a 138-acre industrial park known as 5 Diamond Industrial Park in Stark and Dunn Counties. The site is ideally located on Highway 22 in North Dickinson, North Dakota, as the Stark-Dunn County Line.

The Site provides 2 full-access entrances from Highway 22, which is one of the two major thoroughfares running from I-94 to the heart of the Bakken Shale. The other is Highway 85, which is 17 miles west.

The project site is already development ready with concrete streets and utilities installed to each site and all offsite work has already been completed. The proposed project consists of four 18,600 square-feet of pre-engineered steel industrial buildings each platted for eight industrial shops. Each shop is 2,400 square-feet on the ground with a 480 to 600 square-foot mezzanine, making the total square-footage in the 2,880 to 3,000 square-foot range per industrial bay.

Mr. Steven J. Muehler, Chief Executive Officer for Blue Coast Securities Corporation States, "The demand for industrial space in Dickinson is high and is growing. Infact, there is at this time, no available industrial space in Dickinson for sale or lease, and industrial land is at a premium. Our proposed development is strategically located on I-94 at the Southern end of the Bakken Oil Shale formation, where many well known oil companies and oil field services companies are currently operating. Currently, companies seeking to locate operations in Dickinson must build new. Major oil companies require their services providers and vendors to have a permanent, local facility from which they operate. Trucking and oil services companies require smaller facilities currently have to lease sheds from local farmers at four to five thousand dollars per month for a few thousand feet to shelter trucks and equipment. Our proposed development offers a convenient, permanent location with all the industrial amenities required by oil services companies and contractors"
