Lauderdale FL, has for a long time only offered self-storage facility professional services (self storage management & self storage consulting), but now offers commercial property management, recreational property management, and records storage.
Sterling Management can now return back to their commercial property management business roots, which began in the '70's managing the Palomar Airport Business Center, in San Diego, CA. Sterling Management is currently involved with managing the Addison Corporate Center, an office and industrial warehouse park located in Hartford, CT.
Sterling Management has experience with records management dating back to 1994, which will become a great complement to their commercial and industrial management services. Self storage consulting, management, and feasibility study services will continue to be an area of focus for Sterling Management.
The recreation property management arm of Sterling Management has demonstrated its operational prowess with its effective management of Chula Vista Marina, a major San Diego area marina consisting of over 550 slips, retail shops, and two restaurants and Chula Vista RV Park, a 237-space resort in business since 1983.
