  • Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) April 03, 2013 - Startup Grind, a global community for entrepreneurs, will be coming to Boston this April. Specializing in educating, inspiring, and connecting entrepreneurs, Startup Grind as had considerable success around the globe. This will be Startup Grind's second New England chapter, with the New Hampshire chapter already experiencing success.

    The chapters assist entrepreneurs by bringing in successful local founders, innovators, educators, and investors to talk about their experiences, give advice, and answer questions for the audience. Startup Grind Boston's first event will be April 17th, with a presentation by Johnny Monsarrat, networking, and food and drink. Mr. Monsarrat is an absolute stud of the Boston startup-scene, being the founder and CEO of Turbine, Inc., as well as Hard Data Factory.

    Startup Grind Boston is hosted and run by Wasabi Ventures, a New Hampshire based early stage venture capital and incubation firm. Wasabi Ventures also runs Startup Grind New Hampshire and Startup Grind Baltimore, which have experienced success.

    The event will be hosted at Workbar. Workbar is an interconnected network of shared, coworking office spaces with locations in Boston and Cambridge.
