The Spring Thaw was an opportunity for laborers, supervisors, company owners and equipment manufacturers to get together with MSHA to discuss updates in regulation, policy and procedure as well as new training ideas.

In an effort to carry on this great tradition, Catamount Consulting, LLC has organized a Spring Thaw Training Conference to be held at Tuning Stone Resort in Verona, NY. This event is scheduled for March 23rd and 24th, 2011. With the help of local companies and vendors, this cost effective event has expanded into two days with over 30 different safety topics applicable to all personnel operating in the construction and mining industries.
