SPRING EQUINOX SOUND BATH with Live Performances, Cacao Ceremony and Garden Walk Takes Place this Sunday at Sunset at Historic Hollywood Estate
To begin the SPRING EQUINOX in Los Angeles, This Sunday, March 12 at 7 PM, Johnny Gabaldon, urban shaman, will lead a group of participants through a nature walk in the garden and a cacao ceremony followed by an indoor sound bath concert with Guided Meditation with another sound healer.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) March 18, 2023 - The launch of Spring, that is celebrated around the world with various ceremonies in different cultures, is celebrated in Hollywood with a nature walk in the world renowned historic Hollywood Estate of Joan Didion (Shumei Estate) with urban Shaman Johnny Gabaldon, performing a sound meditation and garden walk to showcase the cherry blossoms and jasmine in full bloom at Sunset this Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 7 PM with a Cacao ceremony in the garden, followed by a sound healing concert and guided meditation indoors until 8:30 PM.
The nature spring walk around the yard with cacao outdoors as we watch the sunset, followed by the indoor sound bath concert with guided meditation will have a limited amount of tickets for $35 each and they must be purchased in advance on eventbrite as they will sell out fast (only 26 are available to keep this intimate)
John Gabaldon is a sound healer practitioner and personal chef based in Los Angeles, CA
John teaches classes with his various sound bowl and sound therapy instruments in Los Angeles, CA and in Yoga Classes in Redondo Beach and at Children’s Hospital. He utilizes instruments including Tibetan sound bowls, Crystal sound bowls, tuning forks, drums, sound instruments using the frequencies set to 432 and 528. In his spare time, he has created an outdoor meditation area in Hollywood adjacent to Runyon Canyon area which serves as a base for healing practitioners to use in the natures hikeable "ohm spot", merging nature with health practitioners who work with sound therapy, breathwork clinics, meditation styles, reiki, tai chi and various yoga practices and spends his free time planting various shade drought tolerant shade trees and shrubs and medicinal plants to bring back to life an area that was littered, covered with graffiti and unused into a zen area for meditation and connection with nature.
He has dedicated his life to the path of service, helping awaken and empower others with the ability of sound to heal and transform. Mr. Gabaldon is also a personal chef who uses the mantra, "food is medicine" as his regiment for creating meals. He also enjoys yoga, hiking, and helps with various organizations including HRC (Human Rights Campaign), Friends of Runyon, Tree People, My Friends Place (a safe place for homeless teens) and loves to travel and work on his cabin in Big Bear when he's not working with sound therapy or helping out in the community.
