Spanakopita is a traditional Greek phyllo pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese. Known as the 'Greek Spinach Pie', it is flavoured with an array of vegetables, meats and seafood, and served warm with a salad and relish.
The team of chefs at Frangipani will craft flavourful Spanakopita pastries such as Paratacos spiced fillet of pomfret with small Greek salad and sweet chilli lebnah; Black pepper and cumin roast tenderloin, with turkey rice salad and chilli sauce; Home-made ricotta and creamed spinach, with fatoush salad, and cucumber labneh; and more.
