Sound Healing for the Mind Launches Mental Health Awareness Month w/Sound Bath at Hollywood Forever Cathedral
During the month of May, for Mental Health Awareness Month, sound healer John Gabaldon and two sound healing practitioners will hold a concert with shamanic sound instruments and a guided meditation at the historic Hollywood Forever in the Cathedral.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) May 05, 2023 - Sunday May 7 at 7:30 PM, in conjunction with Mental Health Month, a concert of sound that is led by John Gabaldon, urban shaman will be bringing healing frequencies of sound.
Instrurments played include a crystal harp, crystal bowls, hand pan drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan bowls, crystal harp, drums, gong, ocean drum and rainstick too.
The evening will begin with some breath work, stretching and a guided meditation and two other sound healers will be participating too.
Additionally have two other sound healers helping with the soundbath, including a performance of Native American Flutes.
